Services

Skillkit provides nationally accredited first aid and workplace training delivered on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909). Our services include:

Face-to-face training delivered at your workplace

Online pre-learning components

Assessment and certification

Booking and Payment

Booking

All bookings are made through Training Desk. By making a booking, you agree to:

Provide accurate participant information

Ensure participants complete required pre-learning

Have appropriate facilities for on-site training

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Participant Requirements

To successfully complete training, participants must:

Complete all pre-learning requirements before the face-to-face session

Attend the full training session

Demonstrate competency in practical assessments

Provide valid photo identification

Certification

Upon successful completion of training, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment issued by Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909).

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and training materials, is the property of Skillkit or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia.
