We understand that circumstances can change. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for training bookings.

Cancellation by Participant

More than 7 days before training

  • Full refund available
  • Alternatively, reschedule to another date at no additional cost
  • 3-7 days before training

  • 50% refund available
  • Alternatively, reschedule to another date with a $50 administration fee
  • Less than 3 days before training

  • No refund available
  • Rescheduling may be available with a $100 administration fee, subject to availability
  • No-show

  • No refund available
  • Booking is forfeited
  • Cancellation by Skillkit

    If we need to cancel a training session due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Full refund provided
  • Alternatively, reschedule to another date at no additional cost
  • We will provide as much notice as possible
  • Rescheduling

    To reschedule your booking:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Fees may apply as outlined above
  • Special Circumstances

    We consider requests for refunds or rescheduling outside these terms on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Bereavement
  • Other exceptional circumstances

  • Include your booking reference and reason for cancellation
  • We will respond within 2 business days
  • Processing Time

    Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
